Power lock issue

My 98 power locks have stopped working mostly. Only the passenger door lock works. The pssngr and drver unlock both don't work and the drvr lock does not work. When I jumper the pk/y wire from the drvr door to the pssngr door, then all four buttons function. The pk/y wire has 12 volts in the door but it doesn't make it to the pssngr side unless i jumper it. How does the wire the get to the passenger side? Is it connected to something to a harness? I need help, I've got it half it ripped out and I'm having trouble tracing the pk/y wire to the passenger side.
