First Buy - Is this a good deal?

Hey all,
I've been fortunate enough to land a good job and am looking at making my first BMW purchase. Being new to the entire process, I was wondering if you could help me confirm whether or not this car is a solid buy or not.
2009 328i - Certified PreOwned ( warranty covers up to 6 year/100kmiles)
Black Ext/ Black Leather Int
Sunroof/moonroof and standard features
Appears to only be the base trim level
Very clean and pristine condition
33k miles on the odometer currently
From my understanding the original new car warranty is basically in effect for another 2 months or so and then there will be a CPO warranty in place for 2 more years. The total price of the car is $23k (25 after tax).
I've attached images in case that helps. What do you think of this deal? Thanks in advance.
