bumper, fender i need repairs!!

Hey all.....my sister just spun out in her stock 97 cabrio and screwed up her front and rear bumpers and right fender and headlight.

how easy is it to replace the bumpers, fenders and head light assy on these beasts?

im a honda man with no knowlege of VW's. however...i know that if i got a haynes manual i could do it in a day--if there are no hidden factory bolts or special shit that you need from the dealer. If its just generic bolt off bolt on....whatever....lemme know!
