Last night I went to turn the fan on for the A/C and noticed the fan doesn't work. Figured it was a fuse possibly as it gave no indication of failure, it was just dead. I don't see a fuse for the blower (if it's there let me know where). I found a couple of threads showing how to do the diagnostics from the radio/control dash.. When I do that the "88" flashes 30+ times not giving any indication of a problem with the AC system. Kinda stumped now. I would think if it was the resistor on the blower unit it would show a code when I ran the diagnostics... Am I simply not finding a fuse somewhere?? Thanks! JT

Yeah theres a fuse for the blower motor circuit and a relay also. The fuse is in the fuse box under the dash, (# 12 or 14). The relay is in the under hood fuse/relay box. What exact diagnostic proceedure are you using? Blower motor problem should show a "12". Air mix motor would show an "8". Honda uses a power transistor for fan speeds instead of a speed resistor. ($$) . It's mounted in the ductwork up under the right hand dash. I've replaced alot of 'em.
