electrical headaches!!!

My friend has a 2000 monte carlo with the 3.8 that he just bought.It had problems with the turn signals,so the hazard switch was replaced,which fixed it for a little while.Now,the turn signals will stop woking randomly,the dash lights go out as well as the stereo shuts off at random times.There are no bad fuses.Has anyone else had a similar problem???
