If you look on the radiator support , there will be a " vacuum line " schematic ( decal ) showing the layout of the vacuum lines and their routing . You should be able to figure it out from that . If not , come back and we'll try to help further - good luck !

According to that it sating that nothing goes on the back. I know the 2 in front go to the egr valve and the carb. Theres one more. Where is the tps located. It's a 84 305 carb (canadian)

With a carburetor you normally would not have a TPS but since this was in the era where emission carburetors were being used and electronic engine management was in it's infancy , I can't say for sure that it is true ? I will try to find out but if the carb does have a TPS , it would be mounted to the carb's throttle shaft . I went to Autozone's website and looked up carbs for an '84 305 and nothing was shown in the way of a TPS for that engine ? I would carefully say it doesn't have a TPS but will try to find out for sure .

the vac diagram give here is correct. I own a 305cu chevrolet.4barrel carb.

the ported vacuum line goes to the electrical solenoid. the other port goes to the EGR port . the PCM turns on the vac to the EGR when its at the proper engine operation.

if the vac lines are not properlly connected it will run like crap.

also make sure the cannister control vac valve is not broken leaking or disconnected.

Ways to tell if you have a Canadian-built 305 SBC:
Instead of 305 cubic inches, a 5.0L works out to more like 411.75 (CD);
The coolant from the heater core passes through hosers ;
You never accelerate, you ”Take off!”
When you use low-octane fuel, it doesn’t go “Knock”, it goes “Knock, eh!”
You open the hood, and the cap on the plastic tank alongside the radiator says “Molson Fluid Only”;
Instead of a wing nut on the air cleaner lid, there are two diagonal pieces of duct tape;
The temperature gauge only goes to -10° C;

The export style 305 in '84 should have a vacuum hose routing more like this:
