1997 ford crown vic police interceptor

went to a picnic thday before yesterday and everything was fine..I parked my car and when 4 hrs later I started it to go home and lo and behold i could barely steer it....that quick!..its driveable on ststraightaways but a bear on sharp turns..I checked the fluid..its full..no noise from pump..i checked relay behind glovebox and its plugged in ok.....WHAT NEXT!
i HAVE ALSO SPRAYED PB BLASTER AND WD40 ON THE STEERING KNUCKLE THINKING MAYBE THAT GOT STIFF ON ME..NO DIFFERENCE

Sounds like you might have broken the shaft on the steering pump. Take the P/S cap off and see if the fluid is moving rather quickly. If it isn't, take the belt off and see if the pulley is really easy to spin.
