Low compression

Hi All
I have a 2005 Aveo, which I purchased knowing it had a blown head gasket, turns out that it overheated and the head warped. I had the head machined from a local performance shop, installed new head gasket, new timing belt + tensioner water pump etc, all the basic parts. assembled everything back together tried to fire it up and discovered very low compression

Tried adding some oil into the cylinders and the compression did come up a bit so i figured I would replace all the piston rings and connecting rod bearings. I used standard sized rings and bearings. again I assembled the engine using a new head gasket, only to find out the compression is still very low
compression went up by 20 psig but that's it.
I have verified the timing marks on the cam gears and as far as I can tell it all lines up correctly. I am now at a loss to explain the total loss in compression. I can understand having maybe one cylinder or even two with lower compression but all 4. Currently I am trying to get a leak down tester to help find out the problem, if anyone has some other ideas please let me know.

It's odd that all readings are relatively close other that #1. I'd still be leaning toward a timing prob. I'm assuming you had the valves done at the same time as the head was planed?.....Mike
