2005 Town Car Vanity Light

I wish to replace the vanity light that is next to the sun visor mirror. (see picture below). I took off the cover to the light. Inside there is a very small bulb, but there is no room to get one's fingers in there to pull out the mini-wedge bulb.
I do not know if the whole plastic console comes out of the visor or not.
Any help would be appreciated.
