Rear suspension problem

My 98 GT coupe's rear end seems to want to kick out when going over bumps. It's a very scary drive when the road is wet, even on level surfaces the rear sways wildly. The rear wheels have extreme negative camber. I replaced the struts but the right rear wheel is sill slanted inward at the top, the left not so much after the new struts. I see the right side rear track bar is bent and plan on replacing that today. Would that cause the sway problems and negative camber? I'll change the sway bar links too.
Can I get away with just replacing the 1 track bar and does it have to be adjustable? Here's a pic of the right wheel...

The rear suspension on those should be set to about 1 deg of negitive camber. Yours looks a bit excessive. After you replace the bent rod, have the alignment checked. They will probably need to adjust the rear camber and toe. This will affect the way it drives for sure. After its all set correctly, and assuming no worn parts, should drive normaly.

^^^ I agree also check and make sure your strut tower is not rusting away. common issue on your cars age range.

My car does this, but my rear struts are like pogo sticks right now, going to pick up some new struts this weekend and pop them on, don;t need that happening in winter time

Where are the stats on the windstar ? :(
