Clunk Disappeared

Was getting a clunk for a couple years, replaced both lower motor mounts and still was getting the same clunk. I thought I'd try the "flipped dog bone" mounts mod and no more clunk for three months now. Now that's a great feeling.
Not sure why it stopped other than my bad lower mount and trans mount caused some damage to my drivers side half shaft and flipping my upper mounts relieved the strain?
Anybody else experienced this before? So far so good.....

I've replaced all my mounts but the trans and still get the clunk. Also flipped the dog bone mounts and that didn't change anything.

I replaced my trans mount as well but it still looked good. I hope this clunk don't return, so far so good.

How is your exhaust system? If it has a bar under it that is intended to support it, but the weld to the pipe is broke, it will cause a clunk.
