00 Alero fuse box

I have a '04 Alero and I believe there is a short in the fuse box somewhere. The power to the fuel pump shuts off, the ac blows hot air, and the horn wont work, but then i jiggle the fuse box and they all work fine. Also the relay for the fuel pump gets extremely hot to touch. How do I get the fuse box removed to look under it?
