Rear Wiper Blade Tahoe 2010

Hi,
I need help on how to replace the rear wiper blade on my 2010 Chevy Tahoe. I've searched the forum, but don't see any for my year. It seems as though there is a plastic cover over the arm that won't let me lift the arm for blade replacement. I don't want to break it, so if anyone has information to share, I sure would appreciate it.

I'm not sure if you have already consulted your manual on this matter, but there are instructions on page 6-67 that may be helpful!
