The evap flag is usually the hardest to reset......

Check for codes and clear again......

Next day with the engine cold, start vehicle, and just let it idle to normal operating temperature.......Then, with temp 190-200, take vehicle out on the highway.......do several accelerations and decelerations, like 40-65, and 65-40.....cruise awhile....exit highway, come to a stop, then turn around and repeat on the way home.....usually works for me.....

I've gotten the egr monitor to go to ok by doing some hard accelerations. Like cruising at 30 mph and punch it like your passing someone. So like Tech II said, get on the highway, wait 'till no one is behind you, slow down to 40, then punch it back up to 60. I've found that the evap one is best done by filling the tank and being patient while you drive it normally, to and from work. I'm having the problem now of getting my catalyst monitor to go to ok. I think this one may require an extended drive at cruising speed. Not sure.

Do a Google ''Grand prix drive cycle'' ,only do the part that's ''inc''

? City miles(35-45mph) + ?highway miles(55-65mph) = drive cycle

The trick is to get it through the drive cycle ASAP with min gas & miles.

The evap test will not run if the fuel level is greater than 3/4 or less than 1/4.....
