2008 Ford Escape

Hello.
I have a 08 Escape manual tran. I have a loud squeaking noise coming from the eng. It only happen when I have the A/C on and Im in first gear moving from a stop. I have checked the Belt to see if it was slipping.( it is not ) I had check the A/C compress ( no issue ).
Any help would be great. Thanks for your time
