new intercooler

Im trying to find out where in NZ i can get a decent intercooler for my r32 gts-t... i dont have heaps to spend well not like a grand or anything but want something more effective than the standard one...
the car isnt heavily moded just a 3" exhaust, GAB adjustable suspension, K&N filter, and HKS springs... anyone got any suggestions?
Also is there anyway i can find out if the car has an aftermarket chip in it? :confused:

if you want a cheap cooler up grade then the supra or soarer is the go they are about $400 here in australia.
or a gtr one they are about $600 but messy plumbling. for your current mods a cooler won't give you that much extra power. I only put one in my r32 cause I fittied an slghtly larger turbo and I'll run higher boost on occasions.

could you suggest a more appropriate mod? even tho the cooler wont give me that much power... is it worth getting a bigger one? or should i go for something like a new chip or something.... (not sure car myte be chipped but i dunno how to tell)

turn up the boost 13.5 psi that should help

The cooler and pipes were made by Cypher Industries the core is about 650mm/400mm and 80mm thick they had my car for 3 days and it ended up costing $2000 inc the cold air duct :flash: :p :flash

hey can anyone tell me when I should get a new intercooler (boost is about 13.5 i think) and which type i should get? and where is a good place to get one... and should it be air to air or water to air or what?
