Suspension Lift - 2001 1500

Anyone have any luck putting a suspension lift on a 2001 Silverado 1500? I'm thinking like 3" because I don't want to go crazy on wheels/tires but just want a little lift. Any issues being the front has torsion bars or anything you ran into?

Or a 3" body lift... I know it's not the same and leave some gaps to fill but.. cheaper. Thanks
