I think it's a british or japonese sports car form the late '80 early '90 but it's not a Lotus nor a Nissan,

That front end definitely appears to be a Lotus, but I wonder if maybe this is a bit of a kit car, based on a mid- to late '80's Nissan 300Z, meant to look like a Lotus. Since the hood emblem appears to have not been installed, it sure seems suspicious of a kit.
