High demand for the Mercedes Maybach in Europe?

Is it true that the demand for the new Mercedes Maybach 57 is so high in Europe right now that some dealers are charging a $100,000 to customers who don't want to wait and want the car now? Is this car hotter than the SL55 AMG when it came out last year? Any comments on this?
