Crooked Window

I changed the regulator on the driver's side of a 99 blazer and now it works but goes up crooked. I went back in and adjusted the tracks and made sure the window was on the tracks but when I put the window up, it clicks half way and goes crooked the rest of the way up. I looked to see if it was hitting something but I can't see anything there. Does anyone have any tips or insight in the matter? :banghead:

Can you run the window with the door panel off? Watch all the mounting and pivot points and see what's going on. Does this have one of those plastic retainers that snap into the rear of the winidow glass to secure the glass in the rear channel?

Yes, I have ran the window with the door panel off but I don't see where the problem is and no, it does not have a plastic retainer.
