Recommendation for brake pad and rotors for 2008 GC SXT

Does anyone have any recommendation for front rotors and pads for a 2008 GC Sxt with 64000 miles. Should I go with premium rotors and premiums ceramic pads or go with a cheaper rotor and semi-metalic pads?
