Clear Lacquer MrHobby GX100

¿Someone has used the lacquer Mr Color GX100? I want to try the lacquer, but I have some doubts:

What is the specific diluent MrHobby for lacquer Mr Color GX100?
Is it an acrylic lacquer or enamel type?
Is it possible to polish the lacquer GX100?

Its the same thing you get in spraycan(super clear), i thin it with tamiya lacquer thinner, so yes it is lacquer and u can polish it. original thinner for it is with yellow cap I believe
