Bose stereo issue

I have an 02 tb lt with bose system. I have the cassette deck with single cd amfm. It has a red light on the stereo that wont go out. The display is off now and stuck in cd mode. I cant eject it and a crappy cd! Any suggestions on how to fix this or the best protocol it has the non working old onstar too

Well I gave up trying to figure it out so i made an appointment to chevy in the morning. They couldn't explain what that red light is for. Now the damn thing is working and made resrevations for a swap for original component.
