new car maintenance

Have been driving old cars for many years, just got a new Mazda CX-5. The warranty book indicates the maintenance in the authorized dealership for the first 3 years is required for warranty purpose. But I really heard some very bad words about the dealer's service departments.

The user manual recommends Mazda Genuine Engine Oil, but I also saw some bad words about it. Any people have any experience with it?


Do you guys service the new car in the dealer's place or some other commercial garages?
