will this transmission fit?

I have a 98 ram 1500, 2wd, 5.2L, trying to get the transmission replaced, but my mechanic can't seem to tell me if this is the right part number or not. Anyone know for sure? This is the info the vendor sent me:

Ident: 52119820AA
4 spd A.T., 46RE.
It came out of the same kind of truck, but my mechanic told me i need a "a518" tranny? So you can imagine i don't want to spend any money on this without knowing for sure.
