Relocating batt.

My friend bought a 92 GSR and wants to put a cold air intake on. The intake interfers with the batt and since I am getting him a good geal on the intake I want to move the batt to the trunk. Are there any complications in doing this? This car will have a turbo installed in the future so I figure get it over with now instead of latter. Thanks :)
