I just make the mod from analog DIC to a digital DIC on my 2002 grand prix
Everything is working fine with just 2 things maybe some of you guys can help me :
1. Everytime I start my car the DIC says LOW and blink in the OIL USED section then I have to switch to another section like RANGE or USED FUEL or AVG ECON all of them work fine but the OIL LIFE that jut tay on LOW
I try tu reset the oil monitor sytem with opening the switch and pushing down the gas 3times with 5 seonds like I did before to turn off the CHANGE OIL SOON light in my okd analog DIC
2. Like i say before every time I start the car the digital DIC start on OIL LIFE and then I can switch to another mode, if I turn he car off, and I start over again the DIC will start again in OIL LIFE mode, no matter if when i turn the car off i leave in other mode than OIL LIFE, I was expecting the DIC start in the mode I leave last time was running
I hope someone can help me out with this dilema

Now, with the new DIC, instead of resetting your oil life monitor by pushing the accellerator down 3 times with the key on, you just switch your DIC over to Oil Life status, and push and hold the reset button until it changes to 100%.
