Somthing different about these guages...

I was looking through my pictures the other day and I noticed I had this picture of some guages and it took me back since they are so different from what is normally installed. Here is a comparison picture. Does anyone know what is going on here?

The first photo shows the gauges of the Clinic Model.

The one on the right with the red LEDs are the production gauges.
