Brake proportioning valve

I have a 1995 grand marquis with a leaking proportioning valve. Does anybody know where I can purchase a replacement? The dealers don't carry them anymore (obsolete), parts stores don't sell them, none of the salvage yards have them either. I'm at a dead end, Please help.
