Rear AC lines hose diameter ?

Hi I'm trying figure out what size (outside diameter) these lines are. There are two, a big one and a small one going to the back ac. I think my big one is leaking underneath the protective plastic coating right under drivers side floor.

I plan on getting one of those compression fitting repair hose sections and recharging the system myself with the enviro friendly r134a replacement refrigerant. Actuallly I've been adding it for the last two summers with great ac thus far. I put a can in every summer because the guy at the CTC counter said he did it to his gm with great results. Last summer I added a can with the red dye.. Well I finally got to see how the dye dose it's thing. Also when starting the van the last few days I can hear the ac hissing through the pipes in the dash at idle until I drive. Good thing is I don't drive the van much, and will keep use to minimum until I fix this problem.

So once again the outside diameter of these two pipes is the question.

I realize I'm posting a Silhouette question on the Venture forum but you guys get more action over here and these vans are mostly the same I think.

Thanks in advance..

My 2002 Silouette has a similar problem the Air shock line worn and hole in the smaller line just after the AC Condensor was replaced .. why they ran the lines that way was stupid .. any ways I was looking at welding it/soldering it closed with WizardWeld OR ALUMALOY, DURAFIX. I ordered the Rods it was only $16.. So when i do this I'll let you know how it went. ( I was going to JB Weld it) And Yes I will make sure there are no gases in the lines..!!
