Wow it looks great! Is there any wip of this build anywhere? Also what transkit did you use - I really want to build one after seeing your model

I'm a fan of Ken Block cars...they have beautiful liveries...

No WIP in progress. I was going to but was too busy to do so. I did take pictures along the way. So I could do a small WIP report in the future.

Looks great because you did a good job of blending in the decals with the white paint. Grats!

Thanks all for the kind comments. Yes I had to get a new nose decal which HobbyDesign happily sent to me.
Miguel, it's the HobbyDesign transkit. It comes with the decals as well as new wheels, roof scoop, rear wing, side mirrors and tiny tyre valves which I lost two of!
The roll cage was scratch built. Also used the the Aoshima Photo etch which was good for the rear mirrors face, grills and brake discs.

Also, be careful what type of Aoshima Impreza you buy to convert. I got this one that had the wrong hood/bonnet and front guard.

Not 100% accurate but it looks ago and the casual observer would not know the difference.

Oh? Can you post the info, on how you contacted them please? I bought 2 sets from ebay that were both incorrect:/ I wish they made the non fog light bottom grilles for the transkit too. But I guess we're lucky we got this much lol.

Sorry to bother you. I came across you build on this and I was hoping I could ask you a couple of questions about. I have one the plans of building this and have already gotten everything needed to begin. I was wondering what you did to make the smaller of the two rear spoilers, the roof extension one? Also I noticed you managed to match up the yellow from the decals in paint. What paint did you use? I thank you for the help you might give me, I really like the way yours turned out and I'm hoping for the same with mine.
