2002 Explorer

This 2002 Explorer 4.0L Has a skip/misfire BUT doesnt trigger a code. It doesnt seem to do it all the time. It starts rough at times.

She says it misses cold and during excelleration

When is the last time that the truck had a tune up (spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, air filter checked, MAF sensor cleaned, and throttle body cleaned)? Do you have a fuel pressure tester to test the fuel pressure at the fuel rail?

tune up was 2009 .... she says its random when it misses 107K on truck
