2006 F250 Won't Stop

Hey guys,
My batteries recently went dead on the 6.0 Powerstroke and now after I start the truck the only way I can get it to turn off is to pull the fuel pump fuse. I am guessing my turbo timer isn't working because my edge programmer isn't turning on. It has power because it lights up. Not sure what to do :banghead: and I am trying to get it fixed quickly because I am selling it. Help?
