ac compressor freez up

well my 2002 that never had running ac a couple of weeks ago the car died and made that starter sound hard to discribe well after swapping starter and then putting the old one back they said ac compressor froze 300 or more to fix and im disable and tols not to work on cars so two other people said no way to bypass a used compressor is only way so i got pissed waited a while then went out popped the hood and dam clear as day i saw at high water etc and said those lying ##@$$ and begain playing with old bel within 20 mins or so had a perfect looking by pass cut belt took to auto store and 3 trys later running fine no belt rub perfect rinning water pump and temp everything only took 5 hours and 6 days not walking or moveing well it was worth it a 20 some doller fix compaired to estimates and nobody being smart enough to bypass the by pass belt info so you can do it in one try is 695k6/ also on box is /6pk1765 /pd1605 sorry but the box has lots of nums so hope that helps someone
