2004 Ford Ranger horn fuse keeps blowing!

I have a 2004 Ford Ranger Regular Cab Edge 3.0 V6 and my slot 13 (Interior Cab Light & Horn) fuse keeps blowing. Everytime i insert a new #15 fuse into the fuse slot and press the horn more than once it blows again and i can see the red light illuminating that fuse. Does anyone know what is causing this to not be a simple fuse change? Whats causing this issue? Any suggestions is welcomed!

Disconnect the horn and see if the interior light works.
