The engine is resting there in the pix...it is in the process of being made to fit in there...;)

Can't wait to see final pics of it...

Honda hatchbacks, not one of my favorite cars but the engine looks good. PLEASE DO A BODY KIT, or something, dont leave it plain jane.

Here is some more progress for those that are interested, I put a mid-wing on it, shaved the license plates, put a lip from the revell ITR on it, and put a small scoop on the hood...tell me wut u think

Wow, Lookin good. I really like it alot. BTW, are you gonna have all red tails sorta like the Japanese aftermarket lights or altezzas, or are you gonna paint the stock colors.

I think i mite do the red&white look ones...but i forgot is the top white or are the bottom white?

The bottom light silver is unless you are doing the tails on the 99 Civic Sithen the top is the light silver

ok so u want our honest opinion?
here it is:
im REALLY not feelin them side winglets, look too big for the car, i can live with the hood scoop, but that ITR lip has to go, maybe if you would have taken off the stock lip and just put the ITR one there it would be straight but now uit just looks :bloated: but the paint color looks tight

It looks like you just spilled Prego sauce all over it, haha. Im sure it will look better once its dry and you have it all together.

One day when I build this kit all I'm going to do is shave some of those
side rubber lines and the handles and change the wheels.

I dont build my models to please everyone else and I personally think the lip looks cool and that is all I have done to the car so how is it rice???

uve added a lip, side skirt things, and a spoiler,a nd u say its not rice..

its ur model,a nd if u think it looks good, then thats aight, but don't call it something that it isn't..

cause its close to ricey

im not callin it "rice", i never call ANYTHING "rice", "rice" is just a word not im my vocabulary, if it looks good to you, then thats all that matters, i just shaed my opinion:)

I think it would be better if u didnt do anyting to it but if ure happy thats what matters. I like the paintjob tho. From ure dad's shop?

I airbrushed it with auto paint then piled clear on it...
it is a hasegawa civic sir-II kit
