Trunk Light Sensor on 91 Accord?

:( Does anyone know where the trunk light sensor is located, if any, for 91 Honda Accord? It’s really getting to be annoying that every time I open my trunk, the trunk light only operates intermittently. It’s more frustrating during the night because I can’t see anything inside when I need to. Fuse and bulb are both in good condition. It’s either a bad sensor relay or partially blocked sensor. Followed all the wirings inside the trunk but leads nowhere near any sensor. Any input on this matter will be appreciated…thanks.

its part of the latch sounds like a dirt contact. When you open the trunk the latch provides the ground to lite the lite, you could remove the latch and clean the contact with some sand paper.
