What would happen if you put transmission fluid in your radiator and antifreeze in your transmission?
Would your engine run for a minute or two and then seize up?

no it would keep running.
Tranny fluid is a oil. You just need to drain your rad and refill.
worse effect on the tranny. Obvious water and oil dont mix. So you put water in your tranny oil. Also drain and flush, refill. Worse if you drive it like that, a lot worse. If you drain flush and refill fluids you will have little or no problem, if you did not drive with it in there.

Sounds like a planned sabatoge.

What about antifreeze in the crank case (where motor oil should be)

maybe if the auto transmission cooler that is built-in to one end of the radiator has corroded over time... then trans oil and antifreeze/coolant can mix that way.
