Goodwood Festival of Speed 2012

Seeing as #13R will be at this years Festival of Speed [and hopefully more....] I thought it might be a good idea to have a roll call for those who are attending with a view to arranging a meet up on one of the days for a Beer or 2 [It helps that I also got my 2 tickets today :)]

I'm there for the Moving Motor Show on the Thursday and then the Friday

What's the best ticket to go for?

Might try and make it down if circumstances change.

Thursday for the set up and general nosey-around, Friday for crowd-quietness and easier access to the cars, Saturday and Sunday for the crowds and celebrities.

Got it on my to do list but no guarantees.

My schedule is a bit tight this year but look for me to finally make the trip over for the FOS in 2013. Hopefully there will be things worth seeing but its never a bad show.

I'm quite bummed to miss 13R after its refresh and 19R as well if it is still planning to show. Hope you all have a wonderful time without me! :)

I think the FOS will be great this year, I imagine a lot of McLaren but have no clue. Remember last year, some media announced that. This year, it's the "official" 20th anniversary so who knows ?

For me, I don't know. I highly doubt to have holidays this summer and there is also Le Mans Classic with probably #046 just one week after.

Got my ticket for saturday last week.It will be great to see 13r again,especially at speed up the hill! Any other Mclaren at the show will allways be a bonus. Goodwood never disapoints in it's GTR appearances!
It would be great to put a face to other forum members i havent met yet

Its the Sunday for me due to work commitments.

For #046 at LMC, Clive Joy enters the event with his SWB, so, he could be there with his F1 :)

I will not make the trip this year and Quiqui is not sure yet :(

We cannot do all the events, especially McLaren F1 linked and I wish you to have a very nice moment.

I wonder if it could be a F1 at Le Mans tomorrow.

A 12c owner (the french one with F1 drivers siganture) told he was invited by McLaren at Goodwood. Hmm, it smells good for you !

Shame, though a Gullwing would be amazing to see in person.

I hope for vincent, it will be better than last year when he encountered a problem on his friend's car and miss nearly all :(

We got hit by a delay. Took a lot longer to get all the original livery back on. It's been a tough deadline for the guys but they done a top job.
