Will a rearend for a E350 fit a 91' E250

I have a 91' E-250 with 3.55 rearend gears in it. Will a 4.10 or 4.11 rearend out of an E-350 bolt up to my 250 without modificaton? I also need to know how to determine the gear ratio on a junk yard buy. Any help is much appreciated.
