Noise like you're describing is caused by a wear pattern in the tread. When an abnormal wear pattern is worn into the tread, replace the tire, there is no "fix". Any one or more of several things can cause the wear pattern: Incorrect front chassis ride height, incorrect wheel alignment, worn shocks, worn steering linkage, worn suspension parts, worn wheel bearings.

\Turn your wheel all the way to one side put it in park and see if it is rubbing the frame.
