tracker blower motor switch

i have a 91 tracker that the heater blower wont come on. i have power with my test light on all 3 speeds. Changed the resistor on the blower box,checked all fuses. Bypass the pink wire from the blower and connected it to a alternate toggle switch and it works, of course its 1 speed but i have heat. Any ideas?
