So i have a 1995 Taurus SHO 3.0l just been rebuilt well apoun start-up well you guessed it... wont start. I've checked all grounds there good and checked/rechecked all connections all good. the thing is when i put key in everything works ac, radio, windows all electrical works it turns over also but it wont start, crank sensor is now so is coilpack, wires, plugs and ive had my DIS module tested and its fine code 113 pops up saying IAT is open or having problem. i tested it with a spark tester and there simply no spark. do you think its a bad PCM? or is circuit not grounding properly? what yall think?

Welcome to the forum!

Is the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor new because of this issue, or new prior to this issue? Why was the CKP sensor replaced? It's relatively common on the older SHOs for the CKP sensor to fail, often caused by a leaking water pump. If the CKP sensor fails, the engine will stall and/or refuse to start depending on when it fails. Have you tried a KOEO test and pulling any diagnostic codes from the car? What is the charging system voltage when attempting to start the car?

While checking to make sure the pump is running is a good idea, the inertia cutoff switch won't prevent spark like the original poster indicated he doesn't have.
