2012 LaCrosse downshift???

Intermittent rough down shift.
When tach is @1500 rpm and speed is @ 30 mph if I lift off the accelerator there is an abrupt downshift and the car jerks. Will not always occur.
Dealer suggest that I am maybe just catching it between gears. They (dealer) have checked it twice.
Has anyone had this experience?
Any advice.
