tbi pulse problem

ok so here it is i went throught some mud holes and got stuck in the last one. I got pulled outand she died. I got her running again started my drive home when it suddenly died. after drying it out for three days i did all the checks, got fuel got spark but the injectors will not fire or pulse. I chesked the injectors buy jumping them from the battery and fresh ground they fired and it ran when i stared it. I replaced my ignition cotroll module with a new one thinking that was it. didn't work so now i'm wondering if the jarring and jerking would cause the ecm to malfunction. I would appreciate any and all help.
