Issues expected for mileage? 59k miles

Hi! Considering a decked out 05 with 59k miles.
They are asking $12,999 which is a few thousand more than edmunds suggest for this year, but it does have very low miles.
What types of issues can one expect in this mileage range in the near future?
Does the warranty typically transfer with a used vehicle?
I am a bit concerned about the lack of power after reading reviews...we live rurally, so it is probably not a huge issue and I do not intend to climb any large mtns in this truck.
What is the biggest glitch with this used vehicle in your experiences?

Just found out that this was a program car, which does not necessarilly bother me. Anyone have an 05 that they have had good or bad experiences with???
