This problem is really testing my patience. I have a 1999 pontiac grand prix gt, 3.8l. The AC clutch/ABS ignition fuse keeps blowing. But only when you turn the AC on. So i replaced the relay with a differnt one. It still blew. So i unpluged the diod. It still blew. So i unpluged the AC Clutch wire contection. It still blew. What is going on with it? I Dont know what the problem is and any help would be great! Thank you so much for any help.

You have a short somewhere when the A/C is commanded on.....
Remove the relay....turn A/C on....does the fuse still blow? If it doesn't, then the problem is in the circuit between the relay and the A/C clutch...A way to verify this, is to disconnect the harness to the A/C clutch, remove the diode again, attach a test light to the battery positive, and with the other end, probe the green wire in the clutch harness...if it lights, there is a short somewhere in the circuit, since you have removed the A/C relay.....
