i also try to teach my self as much mechanical as possible
thus why i ask this question
being a previous owner of a hk my first car and only
i have previously brought a commadoor
with 253
i have been told by many people the 253 block and 308 block are the same meaning 308 heads can bolt on a 253 is this true?

yeah 308 heads can be bolted to a 253 the only major difference between the motors are bore size valve size and manifolds plus carb
but you best performance increase for dollar would be to fit 308 manifold
