I want to change the transmission and differential fluid in my 2000 V6 Camry. Are there separate drain plugs? How much fluid comes out when drained?

Yes, there are separate drain plugs. The capacity if only drained is around 4 quarts.

Do I have to fill each separately, or can I just fill the transmission and it will flow in to the differential?

Fill through the trans dip stick and it will overflow into the differential. Interesting that the FSM says to fill the differential separately but I have never heard of anyone finding a separate fill plug.

There is a separate fill plug on the differential. I have used it, and you have to use it to fill the differential to the proper fill height.

Holey Moley! Is this something new on the 2000 models? I thought only the 4 cyl models had a separate differential fill plug?

There is no way of telling, but all the Gen 4 v6 I've paid attention to have them. I've only seen a couple.
