Need help ....

hello all i have a Renault clio 1171 cc year 1196-1997 petrol Fuel and exhaust system single point fuel injection model manual transmision 5 doors my car have only 117000 km
My problem is this car can not run fast with 5 gear 3000 rpm only 100 km/h and he can not passes 4500 rpm and consum a lot of fuel this car has not good performance in trafic cant run normally Why ???The engine is ok new kit friction made about 1 month new spark plugs new petrol filter new alternator new air filter any body can help me Thank you very much

All my car problem was in the my new kit friction changed about 2 month ago is Chinese bad very bad brand and becose of that the car lose power and the O2 sensor need replace ....
